Izyan Mastura Abdullah was born March 10, 1990 in Selangor, Malaysia. She attended primary school at her hometown and she entered boarding school for her secondary school. She then continued her study doing foundation in South Australian Matriculation (SAM) at Taylor’s University College sponsored by Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA). Later she started her Mechanical Engineering degree program at the same university with a twinning program and now she is currently a final year student at Australian National University. For the thesis of her final year, she did some experiment on nanofibers material where zirconia was doped with strontium with different amount and different temperature.
